BANGKOK BEARS WITNESS TO THE LAUNCH OF THE WBC AMAZING MUAYTHAI WORLD FESTIVAL

Momentum is building. The foundations have been laid well for the launch of the upcoming 𝐖𝐁𝐂 𝐀𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐚𝐲𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐢 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 scheduled for June 22-25 in Venice, Italy. Preparations continue for what will be the MuayThai event of the summer. The talk of the town so to speak.

A press conference was held today, March 24, at the WBC offices in Bangkok to promote the festival with keynote speeches from WBC MuayThai President Colonel Thanapol Bhakdibhumi, Italian Ambassador to Thailand, HE Paolo Dionisi, and Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Deputy Governor, Khun Siripakorn Cheawsamoot.

Last weekend Kuwait 🇰🇼 hosted its first-ever professional MuayThai event headlined with the WBC MuayThai super-welterweight world title showdown and a first WBC MuayThai Gulf championship.

Shamlan Alothman captured the WBC MuayThai Gulf super-lightweight championship title defeating Ivan Ostopov to become the first-ever WBC Gulf champion.
